  2. Port 20 - FTP data (File Transfer Protocol)
  3. Port 21 - FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
  4. Port 22 - SSH (Secure Shell)
  5. Port 23 - Telnet
  6. Port 25 - SMTP (Send Mail Transfer Protocol)
  7. Port 43 - whois
  8. Port 53 - DNS (Domain Name Service)
  9. Port 68 - DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol)
  10. Port 79 - Finger
  11. Port 80 - HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol)
  12. Port 110 - POP3 (Post Office Protocol, version 3)
  13. Port 115 - SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)
  14. Port 119 - NNTP (Network New Transfer Protocol)
  15. Port 123 - NTP (Network Time Protocol)
  16. Port 137 - NetBIOS-ns
  17. Port 138 - NetBIOS-dgm
  18. Port 139 - NetBIOS
  19. Port 143 - IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol)

  24. Port 443 - SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
  25. Port 445 - SMB (NetBIOS over TCP)
  26. Port 666 - Doom
  27. Port 993 - SIMAP (Secure Internet Message Access Protocol)
  28. Port 995 - SPOP (Secure Post Office Protocol)
  29. Note: not every server will have all of the above services enabled (or available to the whole internet). Any many cases the above services will be restricted or behind a firewall.
